Job description

Position Compensation Range:

$111,000.00 - $190,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

The Senior Manager, Marketing Measurement manages our holistic marketing measurement and analytics, assessing performance to continuously optimize both effectiveness and efficiency of marketing. You will report to the AVP, Data Analytics.

This is a flex office/home role, with a minimum expectation of working 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783.

Primary Accountabilities
  1. Manage key components of the marketing measurement framework, including Mix Modeling (MMM), channel reporting & analysis, campaign/creative testing, and digital/web analytics.
  2. Oversee an ongoing pipeline of Test & Learn experiments across audience, channel, and content.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing and media analytics.
  4. Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Digital, Customer Experience, Media, Targeted Marketing, and Field Marketing to measure performance.
  5. Manage relationships with external vendor partners.
  6. Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion.
  7. Work with team members to set goals, provide feedback, perform assessments, and support ongoing development.
  8. Lead with influence and expertise.
  9. Contribute actively to division or department leadership teams.
  10. Communicate and support the organization’s mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience with customer data, MarTech, and digital analytics tools and platforms including Google Analytics (preferred), Adobe Analytics, GCP Big Query, Salesforce, Tableau, and similar.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital analytics using Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing mix modeling (MMM).
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in core marketing measurement strategies and techniques, including MMM, attribution, and digital/web analytics.
  • Experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
  • Ability to influence key business leaders to incorporate research findings into strategy and execution.
  • Knowledge of and experience with marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Travel requirements up to 10%.
