Hybrid - at least 3 days per week in the Chicago office

Role Overview: As Senior Manager Enterprise Strategy, you will support the development of strategic enterprise initiatives by conducting research, analytics, and preparing strategic documents for executive leadership. You will work with cross-functional teams across global regions and business units, focusing on high-level product strategy and data-driven insights.

• Interact regularly with senior leadership, ideally with experience in high-level strategy/insight roles within CPG companies.
• Develop high-level product strategies, analyze large datasets, and present solutions to senior leadership.
• Manage initiatives independently from start to finish; project management skills are beneficial.

Key Contributions:

• Support the development of strategic roadmaps and insights based on industry, consumer, and competitive analytics.
• Collaborate with teams to translate strategies into KPIs and maintain dashboards.
• Perform strategic analyses and prepare executive documents.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven problem-solving, and financial acumen.
• Advanced data management skills, including PowerBI.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex insights clearly.
• Learning agility and interpersonal skills to work across cultures and stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in consulting or investment banking focusing on consumer goods or retail.
• Travel: 10-15%
• Work schedule: Hybrid

Salary Range: $60.00 - $66.00 per hour, varies based on experience and qualifications.
