Job summary

Altria is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Lead at our Richmond, VA facility to drive maintenance planning, scheduling, and data analysis. You will coach line teams, lead breakdown investigations, and ensure adherence to zero-loss standards across shifts.

The role requires engineering training, SAP PM experience, and strong analytical skills in Power BI/Tableau. A flexible schedule and strong collaboration with the Technical Support Team are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/associate degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong mechanical or electrical technical knowledge with scheduling experience.
• Experience using SAP Plant Maintenance for planning, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau for data-driven decisions.
• Maintenance systems experience including preventive/predictive and lifecycle management.
• Manufacturing production experience and equipment knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Able to balance multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Willing to float to back shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive maintenance planning and scheduling for the line/area.
• Analyze maintenance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach line teams to improve technical capability.
• Lead investigations of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Prioritize SAP work orders and notifications within 24 hours.
• Create one-point lessons and build team capability.
• Collaborate with planning resources to optimize weekly schedules.
• Maintain zero-loss mindset and ensure adherence to standards.
