Altria seeks a Manufacturing Process Lead (Finance) in Richmond to own process excellence, analyze data, and drive improvements across the operation. You'll partner with frontline teams, standardize operating processes, and coach teams to build capability in Integrated Work System tools.

You will apply problem-solving methodologies, leverage Power BI and Tableau, and influence daily decisions, ensuring outcomes that reduce losses and raise equipment capability in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience analyzing data with Power BI/Tableau or similar.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
