Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced Management Company Manager to oversee accounting and financial reporting for our Management Company entities. You will lead close processes and ensure accurate regulatory reporting across multiple entities.

The role requires strong attention to detail, solid US GAAP knowledge, and the ability to work with auditors and client finance teams in a fast-paced alternatives environment. You will also mentor accounting teams and drive cross-functional process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA/ACA/ACCA preferred
• Experience in the alternative investment industry and US GAAP

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for Management Company entities, including financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee chart of accounts, accounts payable/receivable, and expense allocations.
• Lead the monthly close cycle, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and collaborate with client finance teams.
• Liaise with auditors and tax advisors, reconcile cash flows, prepare ad-hoc reports, and support onboarding.
• Develop financial controls, streamline processes, and deliver timely reporting.
