Job summary

IQ-EQ invites an experienced Management Company Manager to oversee accounting and financial reporting for its Management Company entities. You will supervise the monthly close, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with auditors and tax advisors.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting with CPA/ACCA preferred, and bring 5+ years of alternative investment industry experience, including US GAAP expertise and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA/ACA/ACCA preferred.
• Over five years of accounting and financial reporting experience in the alternative investment industry.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for Management Company entities, including financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee chart of accounts, accounts payable/receivable, and expense allocations.
• Lead the monthly close cycle and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders; reconcile cash flows and prepare ad-hoc reports.
• Develop financial controls and streamline reporting processes across entities.
