Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Management Company Accounting to oversee accounting and financial reporting for Management Company entities within our Alternative Investment Management team in Houston.

You will lead accounting functions, coordinate with auditors, manage monthly close, ensure US GAAP compliance, and support onboarding of new clients, with a hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA/ACA/ACCA preferred.
• Over five years in accounting and financial reporting in alternative investments; US GAAP knowledge.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for Management Company entities.
• Lead monthly close cycle and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and client finance teams.
