Job summary

IQ-EQ, a global investor services group, seeks an experienced Management Company Manager in the United States (Texas) to lead accounting and financial reporting for Management Company entities within the Alternative Investment Management team.

The role requires strong attention to detail, US GAAP expertise, and leadership of multi-entity accounting activities. A hybrid work model and a competitive salary reflect experience and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in accounting and financial reporting in alternative investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA/ACA/ACCA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficient with Excel; experience with ERP systems like Sage or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for Management Company entities.
• Manage monthly close cycle and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and client finance teams.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, COA, and expense allocations.
• Develop and implement financial controls and streamlined processes.
