Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA/ACCA/ ACA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting in the alternative investment industry.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for Management Company entities.
• Oversee chart of accounts, accounts payable/receivable, and expense allocations.
• Lead the monthly close cycle and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders while reconciling cash flows and preparing ad-hoc reports.
• Develop financial controls and streamline processes; work cross-functionally to deliver timely reporting.
