IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee accounting and financial reporting for its Management Company entities within the Alternative Investment Management team. You will manage the monthly close, ensure US GAAP compliance, and coordinate with auditors and clients to deliver accurate reporting.

The role requires leadership of accounting teams across multiple entities, proficiency with ERP systems, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience in alternative investments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for Management Company entities, including financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Manage chart of accounts, accounts payable/receivable, and expense allocations.
• Lead monthly close cycle and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and client finance teams; reconcile cash flows.
• Develop financial controls and streamline reporting processes cross-functionally.
