Job summary

Frontier Airlines in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a shift-level maintenance supervisor to oversee line maintenance at the assigned base. You will coordinate with Station Operations, Flight Ops, and Maintenance Planning to keep aircraft safe and on schedule.

You will manage SMS activities, identify hazards, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain KPI reporting. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to CFRs, and collaboration with other departments to sustain safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage SMS activities and identify hazards
• Provide shift level management, operational control, oversight
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe and timely aircraft return to service
• Maintain accurate communications with Maintenance Control and Planning
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with CFRs and policies
• Coordinate field trips and tooling, parts, and hazmat when needed
• Assign field trips and supervise maintenance personnel as required
