Job summary

WHOOP is hiring a Senior Manager of Corporate Development in Boston to drive inorganic growth through M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships. You will work with senior executives to identify opportunities, perform rigorous financial analysis, and lead due diligence through closing and integration planning.

The role requires 7+ years in corporate development or related fields, strong valuation and modeling skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related roles.
• Proven experience evaluating and executing M&A transactions or strategic investments.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, unit economics, LTV modeling, and business case development.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end M&A processes from sourcing to integration.

Responsibilities

• Drive Deal Execution from evaluation through closing, including market mapping, sourcing, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into market landscapes and build/buy/partner recommendations.
• Maintain a prioritized pipeline of acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities and coordinate cross-functional due diligence.
• Lead financial analyses including DCF, precedent transactions, comps, accretion/dilution, and scenario planning.
• Develop long-term financial models to assess transactions, growth initiatives, and capital allocation decisions.
• Prepare clear materials for executives and the Board detailing investment theses, risks, and value impact.
• Lead negotiations and deal structuring, and drive post-transaction integration planning.
