Job summary

WHOOP seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Development to advance inorganic growth through M&A and strategic partnerships. You will partner with senior leaders to map markets, source targets, and build buy/partner recommendations, translating priorities into actionable opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional due diligence, develop sophisticated financial models, and prepare concise materials for executives and the Board to drive strategic value creation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience evaluating and executing M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, DCF, and valuation skills.
• Experience with integration planning post-transaction.
• MBA or equivalent advanced finance degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A deal execution from evaluation to closing.
• Develop long-term financial and valuation models.
• Spearhead due diligence with cross-functional teams.
• Identify growth opportunities via markets, products, partnerships.
• Prepare board-ready investment theses and recommendations.
