Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development to lead M&A and strategic partnerships that accelerate inorganic growth for the company. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related roles, with meaningful transaction experience.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing M&A transactions, strategic investments, or similarly complex initiatives.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, unit economics, LTV modeling, and investment/business case development.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, closing, and integration planning.
• Experience managing cross-functional workstreams and driving processes in fast-moving environments.
• Strong strategic judgment to identify key factors with incomplete information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Ownership mindset and ability to drive negotiations and complex projects to completion.
• Proactive, self-directed, team-oriented, and willing to contribute as needed.
• Experience in healthcare, consumer subscriptions, technology, or adjacent industries is preferred.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Deal Execution across M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships including market mapping, sourcing, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and integration planning.
• Partner with senior executives and Product leaders to translate priorities into market landscapes and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.
• Lead financial analysis and valuation including DCF, precedent transactions, comparables, and unit economics.
• Build long-term financial models to assess transactions and growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and others.
• Assess strategic growth initiatives in new markets, technologies, products, and business lines.
• Prepare board-ready materials outlining investment theses, risks, and value creation.
• Negotiate and structure transactions, driving them to completion.
• Support post-transaction integration to realize objectives.
