• 8+ years of software / technology experience in IT organization, IT processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud technology and cyber-security.
• Experience synthesizing data, identifying risks and value-creation opportunities and delivering concrete assessments.
• Experience leading product tech diligence engagements for clients and portfolio companies.
• MBA or technology-related advanced degree with extensive work experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Sell, lead and deliver complex strategic engagements focused on IT/product tech and inorganic growth.
• Conduct operational diligence, divestiture support and post-merger support for M&A activities.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Develop diligences artifacts, roadmaps and cost analyses; engage with subject matter experts.
• Travel up to 50% as required by client engagement.
