The successful candidate partners with leadership to select Luxe tier members, maximizes Loyallist opportunities, and coaches sales teams to drive brand-aligned client engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years direct experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration ability.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Knowledge of security systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategize Loyallist, Luxe and Unlocked programs.
• Evaluate top client portfolio and growth.
• Plan events for top clients with partners.
• Coach store leaders on clienteling and service.
• Drive Loyallist adoption at all touchpoints.
