UGI Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Large Customer Program Operations team in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will set direction, identify opportunities and risks, and build a team handling tariff rules, imbalance mechanics, usage forecasting, and pricing inputs.

You will own monthly price setting for WACOG and GDD customers, oversee daily-metered pools, forecast volumetrics, and partner with Trading to optimize pool strategies, while driving process improvements and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years.
• Experience leading teams in energy operations or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for the Large Customer Program Operations team, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Builds a team of experts who own large, daily-metered customer programs, tariff rules, imbalance mechanics, usage forecasting, and pricing inputs.
• Act as SME on tariff and delivery rules for large daily-metered pools and reconciliation requirements.
• Own monthly price setting for WACOG and GDD customers, aligned with contracts and market conditions.
• Oversee the team that balances daily-metered pools and reconciles customer usage and volume data.
• Provide forecasting of volumetric data and raise risks to stakeholders.
• Communicate with customers about planned operations or outages.
• Partner with Trading on pool optimization strategy for cash and forward-looking positions.
• Develop processes for normalization data and improve data review/reporting workflows.
• Coach Analysts to high standards of accuracy and ownership.
