Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance preferred.
• Experience leading trade compliance professionals/teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct TJX’s U.S. divisions global importing and supply chain security programs.
• Govern compliance internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Lead risk management strategies and regulatory adherence.
• Engage with government agencies, regulators, and external counsel.
• Embed trade compliance into cross-border logistics workflows.
• Maintain awareness of best-in-class trade compliance processes.
