Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons seeks a Sr. Manager - Operations for Legal Services to lead a large onsite services operation supporting law firm clients.

You will drive service delivery, financial performance, and continuous improvement while guiding managers, analysts, and staff across Print, Mail, Digital services, Reception, and Compliance functions. The role requires deep experience in operational leadership, vendor platforms, reporting analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve client

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in relevant discipline required.
8+ years of leadership and management experience; or a graduate degree with 6+ years.
Ability to adapt messaging for Sr leaders, clients and internal teams.
Strong understanding of CRM, data analytics, and enterprise workflow solutions.
Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members in best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a large-scale onsite services operation; drive revenue and profit growth.
Ensure service delivery aligns with client goals and SLAs.
