RR Donnelley & Sons seeks an experienced Law Firm Office Services Manager to lead operations, service delivery, and team growth across client engagements. You will implement optimized cost-to-serve models and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L awareness, and a focus on quality. This is an onsite position with standard business hours and opportunities for growth within Williams Lea teams.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 5 years' experience managing people in a customer-service environment.
• Proven track record delivering multi-service solutions for clients.
• Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach.
• Experience managing financials and understanding P&L implications.
• Strong communication and team leadership across functions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted operations to meet client needs and support employees.
• Lead client-facing teams and drive service delivery excellence.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and company/client policies.
• Communicate with teams and conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-to-serve optimization.
• Review monthly P&L and manage budget and invoices.
• Foster strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
