Job summary

RRD is seeking a Sr. Manager - Operations- Legal Services to lead a large Onsite legal services operation serving law firm clients. You will drive service delivery, financial performance, process improvements, and client satisfaction through a team of managers and supervisors.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership experience or a graduate degree with 6+ years, strong CRM and analytics skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across departments to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in relevant discipline required.
• Bachelor s degree and at least 8 years of prior leadership and management experience with in-depth knowledge and experience with industry related issues required, or a Graduate degree and at least 6 years of prior leadership and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team through direct management of managers to support the assigned vertical/region, ensuring workload balance to optimize resources and control costs.
• Direct the development and execution of management and functional strategies to drive revenue and profit growth.
• Lead through reporting managers to establish clear expectations, assess performance against job requirements and objectives, and ensure regular feedback is provided.
• Provide strategic input into budget development and maintain oversight of budget execution.
