Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Senior Manager, Leaves & Accommodations to oversee the Center of Excellence for leave management and accommodations. This role focuses on compliance with federal, state, and local laws while guiding strategy and process improvements.

The role leads a cross-functional team and partners with Benefits, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Risk to optimize programs and reporting. It is primarily remote, with a preference for Chicagoland candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related experience in leave and accommodations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with AbsenceSoft preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state/local leave laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leave and accommodation COE and develop scalable policies.
• Manage a high-performing, customer service-oriented team.
• Ensure compliance with leave laws and maintain accurate records.
• Partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Risk.
