Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Senior Manager for Leaves & Accommodations to oversee the COE, manage FMLA/ADA/state laws, and drive compliance and efficiency. This remote role prefers Chicagoland candidates.

Responsibilities include strategic policy ownership, leading a high-performing team, and providing guidance to senior leaders on complex employee matters, with a focus on risk mitigation and data-driven improvements.

Formación

• 7+ years of related experience in leave management or HR.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with emphasis in business or finance.
• Experience with AbsenceSoft is preferred.
• Demonstrated success and experience in leading a center of excellence for leave and accommodations.
• Extensive knowledge of leave requirements and other legal protections under federal, state, and local laws.
• Familiarity with Workers' Compensation Act and related regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Function as the strategic owner of scalable policies and operational frameworks for centralized management of leave and accommodation programs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, customer service-oriented team of leave and accommodation practitioners with various backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Establish performance expectations, service level agreements, and operational goals for the COE.
• Identify areas for ongoing process improvement and timely execute on program enhancements.
• Provide counsel and technical guidance to senior leaders on complex employee matters.
• Partner with cross-functional senior leaders including Benefits, Payroll, HR, Employee Relations, Legal, and Risk.
