Job summary

Thyme Care is seeking a senior operator to elevate Learning & Quality for the Enrollment organization as it scales. You will redesign onboarding, modernize QA with AI, and coach a team of 10 Enrollment Specialists, building scalable processes that improve readiness and member impact.

Collaborating with Enrollment, Operations, and Product, you will shape training, QA standards, and knowledge management to drive outcomes and faster time-to-proficiency across a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in operations, program management and people leadership within a high-growth startup.
• Managed a team and drove performance through people leadership.
• Built and scaled operational programs or processes that supported growth.
• Presented strategy and results to senior leadership, using data to justify recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Learning & Quality operating cadence. Translate priorities into goals and track progress.
• Lead and develop the team of 10 across QA and Education & Enablement SMEs.
• Close the loop between quality and training, turning issues into training priorities.
