Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Learning, Content, and Quality within our Shared Services organization. You will plan, implement, and continuously improve these functions, partnering with Ops teams to align roadmaps with business goals.

This role requires 8+ years in support/operations, including 3+ years managing multiple teams, and a proven track record in building scalable onboarding and knowledge bases. We embrace AI-native approaches and a fast-paced startup culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in support, operations, or related function, with 3+ years managing multiple teams or functions.
• Experience leading Training, Content, and Quality.
• Comfortable in a start-up/fast-paced environment requiring a 0->1 mindset.
• Vision for AI-enabled support and cross-functional impact.
• Proficiency with LMS, CMS, and quality tooling.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop teams in Training, Content, and Quality; create clear career paths.
• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic vision for support enablement.
• Assess maturity and structure across Learning, Content, and Quality; define roadmap and resources.
• Overhaul onboarding journeys and reduce frontline turnover; structure curriculum.
