Job summary

Thyme Care in the United States is seeking a dynamic Enrollment Specialist Manager to lead the growing Enrollment team. You’ll report directly to the Head of Enrollment Strategy and oversee a group of Enrollment Specialist Team Leads, driving outreach, enrollment targets, and quality across the organization.

You will design and optimize workflows, coach managers and specialists, lead change management efforts, and use data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong management experience coaching teams toward success, ideally including managers.
• Operationally oriented with ability to build and document processes.
• Cross-functional leadership and effective communication across teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and scaling businesses in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze performance and inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for trainings and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 3–5 Enrollment Specialist Team Leads.
• Oversee 30–50 Enrollment Specialists, managing enrollment volume, conversion, and quality.
• Collaborate with Team Leads on performance management and career development.
• Build and maintain strong team culture aligned with Thyme Care values.
• Revamp and design workflows to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Lead change management and establish clear communication protocols for workflow changes.
• Partner with QA, Training & Enablement to close skill gaps and reinforce training.
• Ensure new hires are effectively trained and ramped.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Pilot new enrollment strategies to adapt to market needs.
