Job summary

Thyme Care is seeking a senior operator to lead Learning & Quality for its Enrollment team, guiding a group of 10 and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. The role focuses on scaling onboarding, coaching, and a modern quality program powered by AI and automation.

You will own the quality engine, drive training priorities, and shape programs that accelerate new hire readiness while improving member conversations across the enrollment organization.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in operations, program management and people leadership within a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the Learning & Quality operating cadence and lead planning.
• Lead and develop a team of 10 (QA and Enablement SMEs).
• Close the loop between quality and training, turning quality issues into training priorities.
• Modernize onboarding with scalable, blended learning.
• Own and maintain the enrollment knowledge base and handbook.
• Modernize QA through AI and automation.
• Run monthly QA processes end-to-end: evaluations, coaching, calibration, reporting.
