Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain quality standards, and lead high-performing laboratory teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in high-volume, high-complexity laboratory testing, with proven leadership experience. This onsite role offers a competitive salary and bonus structure with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related science.
• Minimum 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience.
• Active Florida Supervisor License in Microbiology is required.
• ASCP Medical Technologist certification/registry or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume, high-complexity laboratory operations.
• Strong knowledge of CAP/CLIA regulations and laboratory quality assurance.
• Experience leading laboratory teams and managing workflows.

Job Title: Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations
Location: DeLand, FL 32724
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, plus one Saturday every 12 weeks
Salary: $108,971–$156,957 annually
Bonus: $10,000 Retention Bonus + $15,000 Annual Bonus
Relocation Assistance: Available
