Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (Lake Buena Vista, FL) seeks a Sr. Manager of Labor Relations (Arbitration & Charges) to serve as the primary advocate in arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges with the NLRB.

This role leads a team of Labor Relations professionals in site-specific bargaining agreements, grievances, and labor-management issue resolution. Requires prior first-chair advocacy and deep knowledge of NLRA and related laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Labor Relations, HR, Legal, or equivalent.
• First-chair experience representing clients in arbitrations, mediations, and agency matters.
• Strong understanding of NLRA, Title VII, EEO, ADA, FMLA and related laws.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with persuasive briefs.
• Ability to communicate professionally with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload for arbitrations across WDW & DLR teams, including panel coordination.
• Maintain arbitration docket database and provide regular reporting.
• Develop and lead defensive strategy for bi-coastal arbitrations.
