H Squared Talent Solutions is seeking a Labor Management Relations Associate Attorney for a prominent national law firm in New York or Philadelphia. Approximately 3–7 years of traditional labor law experience is required, with emphasis on labor arbitrations, NLRB proceedings, and collective bargaining.

This partner‑track role offers hands‑on arbitration, union counseling and litigation, and cross‑office collaboration on wage and hour disputes involving unionized employees, with a hybrid schedule

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–7 years of traditional labor law experience required.
• Experience handling labor arbitrations and NLRB proceedings.
• Experience advising employers on traditional labor law matters.
• Strong academic credentials in law school.

Responsibilities

• First- and second-chair labor arbitrations.
• Prosecute and defend unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB.
• Advise employers on traditional labor law matters.
• Participate in collective bargaining.
• Counsel employers regarding union organizing and union avoidance matters.
• Work on labor-related disputes and litigation.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice areas.
