Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Labor Relations, HR, Legal, or equivalent.
• First-chair experience in arbitrations, negotiations, mediations, or agency matters.
• Strong understanding of NLRA, Title VII, EEO, ADA, and FMLA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with diverse audiences.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• JD or equivalent legal training preferred when possible.
• Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Industrial Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage case load for arbitrations with the labor relations team across sites.
• Track arbitration outcomes and maintain case dockets/database.
• Develop defensive strategy for bi-coastal arbitrations.
• Serve as first-chair/primary Company advocate in arbitration matters.
• Review, interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements.
• Oversee handling of NLRB matters and related communications.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and priority setting for team members.
• Ensure timely archiving of work via case management systems.
