Denver-based AmLaw 150 international labor and employment law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to join its Labor Relations & Employment Practice. You will advise employers on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and NLRB proceedings.

The role requires a JD from a top-tier law school with 7+ years of traditional labor experience, strong writing and analysis, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• 7+ years of traditional labor law experience.
• Mixed employment litigation and some labor experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration.
• Handle grievance arbitration proceedings and related labor disputes.
• Defend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB.
• Provide strategic counseling on traditional labor matters and compliance issues.
• Support litigation matters involving labor relations and employment disputes.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to deliver efficient legal solutions.
