Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Manager, Treasury to lead delivery across our treasury portfolio. You will own design-to-execution outcomes, ensuring alignment with client objectives, profitability, and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will design complex Kyriba-enabled treasury solutions, drive scalable outcomes, and partner with sales, alliances, and marketing to grow the treasury practice. A strong PM discipline and client advisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 2+ years Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus
• At least 2 Kyriba certifications (other TMS experience considered)
• Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality delivery across Clearsulting’s Treasury portfolio from design through execution.
• Design and oversee end-to-end Treasury solutions across modules with best practices.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Lead and develop teams; coach and mentor junior resources.
• Support sales efforts with SOWs, estimates, and cross-practice collaboration.
• Develop collateral, methodologies, and market-facing content with alliances.
