Clearsulting is hiring a Manager, Treasury to lead high-impact treasury implementations and deliver complex, multi-module solutions for clients. The role emphasizes strategic guidance, team leadership, and collaboration with sales to drive engagements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in professional services and 2+ years of Kyriba/TMS experience, plus strong communication and project-management skills. Hybrid or remote work options are available, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 2+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality delivery across Clearsulting’s Treasury portfolio from design through execution.
• Design and oversee end-to-end Treasury solutions across modules.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and provide strategic guidance.
• Lead and develop teams, coaching and mentoring junior resources.
• Support sales efforts with proposals, SOWs, and realistic estimates.
• Collaborate with alliances, marketing, and business development to strengthen presence in the Treasury space.
