• Experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, SQL Server, DAX, and dimensional data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, KPI development, and enterprise reporting.
• Experience supporting Internal Audit Operations, or regulated business functions.
• Strong experience developing executive dashboards and presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Ability to translate complex technical and analytical findings into clear business narratives and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead BI ownership for Internal Audit operations and senior management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and data solutions.
• Establish reporting strategies, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and analytical approaches.
• Identify opportunities to improve decision-making through analytics and automation.
• Develop executive dashboards and management reporting.
• Build enterprise Power BI dashboards using semantic models.
• Use SQL Server and other data sources to extract, transform, and integrate data.
• Coordinate with auditors and technology teams to remediate data issues.
• Apply AI and advanced analytics to improve insights.
• Lead requirements gathering and mentor team members.
