Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of Business Data Analyst experience
• Experience in Commercial P&C Insurance and financial principles preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify business intelligence and data analysis needs for the business
• Define key performance indicators (KPI) and support BI & data warehouse strategy
• Design and document dashboards, alerts, and reports with stakeholders
• Lead requirements gathering and present findings to management in an Agile Scrum setting
