Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis to align data strategy with business priorities and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic data initiatives.

You will translate enterprise strategy into executable roadmaps, manage budgets, and prepare executive communications. The role partners with business and technical stakeholders to ensure priorities are funded, progress tracked, and critical initiatives delivered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data strategy or leadership roles, ideally in insurance or banking.
• Experience leading cross‑functional data programs from design to delivery.
• Budget planning, financial tracking, and cost management experience.
• Ability to prepare concise executive briefings and present ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority data initiatives and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Align Data Office priorities with enterprise objectives and plans.
• Support annual and multi-year financial planning for the Data Office.
• Prepare executive updates on priorities, progress, risks and value.
