Job summary

Ontic seeks a skilled Product Manager to lead the integrations roadmap, focusing on API contracts, data models, DX, and GTM alignment. The role targets an API-first, low/no-code framework to scale Ontic’s platform and monetizable connectors. Open to Senior or Lead level based on experience.

You will partner across Engineering, Field, and GTM to translate customer needs into scalable product requirements, with emphasis on developer experience and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years in Product Management for SaaS/cloud platforms, with 4+ years on integrations/APIs/data platforms.
• Proven success in API-first products or marketplaces.
• Strong API and data model design knowledge (REST, webhooks, event-driven).
• Experience with iPaaS tools; Workato preferred.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver complex integrations.
• Familiarity with AI tech (LLMs, agentic workflows) is a plus.
• Strong developer experience focus and self-service tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrations roadmap, prioritizing for customer value and ARR impact.
• Define API contracts and canonical data models for interoperability.
• Collaborate with Integrations Architect to evolve frameworks and marketplace.
• Benchmark competitors to keep the platform best-in-class for DX and reliability.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements with engineering and GTM teams.
• Align GTM and Customer Success for packaging, pricing, and positioning.
• Champion developer experience with clear docs and self-service tooling.
• Identify opportunities to use AI-enabled workflows in the product.
