Job summary

Ontic seeks a seasoned Product Manager to lead the integrations roadmap, focusing on API contracts, data models, and developer experience. You will drive scalable, low/no-code integration offerings and partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver value-driven features.

The role emphasizes API-first design, integration frameworks, and marketplace evolution, with a bias toward measurable ARR impact and customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng, IS, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Product Management for SaaS/cloud platforms, with 4+ years on integrations/APIs/data platforms.
• Proven success in defining and launching API-first products, integration frameworks, or marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of API and data model design including REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with iPaaS tools; hands-on Workato experience preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to bring complex integration products to market.
• Familiarity with AI technologies including LLM-enabled tools and automation.
• Developer-focused documentation and tooling to drive self-service and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrations product roadmap and prioritize by customer value and ARR impact.
• Define API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards.
• Collaborate with Integrations Architect to evolve frameworks and marketplace from configuration to monitoring.
• Benchmark competitors and maintain best-in-class developer experience, speed, and reliability.
• Work with Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to translate needs into requirements and value.
• Ensure integrations are packaged, priced, and positioned effectively.
