Job summary

Ontic seeks a Senior Product Manager to own cross-product initiatives across its platform. You’ll partner with US-based engineers and collaborate with design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact changes—from bugs to new features.

You will influence roadmaps and strategy with data-driven insights. You’ll drive discovery, prioritize backlogs, and align work with business goals while mentoring peers and navigating a dynamic security-focused SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with AI-powered features or automation use cases.
• Strong discovery skills translating user insights into validated solutions.
• Ability to drive execution in agile environments with fast-moving teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-own setting team priorities and a team roadmap.
• Collaborate with other product teams to align with goals and vision.
• Lead product discovery, including customer interviews and validation cycles.
• Identify opportunities for AI or automation with business impact.
• Translate feedback and market insights into prioritized backlogs.
• Drive day-to-day execution with engineering and design.
