Job summary

Ontic seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive cross-product strategy across its platform. You will partner with US-based engineers and cross-functional teams to translate insights into value, shaping roadmaps and prioritizing features from bugs to new capabilities.

You will thrive in a dynamic environment, mentor other PMs, and influence both technical and business stakeholders. A strong discovery mindset and AI product experience are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in dynamic environments with broad focus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product features and automation use cases.
• Strong discovery and validation skills with ability to translate insights into value.
• Excellent communication and documentation; able to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring other PMs or leading a high-performing product team.
• Familiarity with security or risk management domains is a plus.
• Strong preference for Austin TX based candidates.

Responsibilities

• Co-own setting team priorities and a team roadmap.
• Collaborate with other product teams to align with goals and vision.
• Lead product discovery with customer interviews and validation cycles.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI or automation with business impact.
• Translate feedback and market insights into actionable requirements and backlogs.
• Drive day-to-day execution with engineering and design to deliver features.
• Refine team processes and sprint rituals for clarity and delivery.
• Align product delivery with broader company goals and initiatives.
• Define and execute cross-product roadmap refreshes.
