Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking an Integrated Supply Senior Manager in Charlotte, NC, to oversee sales, operations, and profitability across multiple sites. The role directs Site Managers to ensure positive, profitable customer relationships aligned with Vallen's financial goals.

You will lead onsite teams, drive new opportunities, and maintain strong executive-level relationships while managing budgets and risk.

Qualifications

• Must live near the Charlotte, NC area.
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related industries.
• 5+ years of staff management with a proven leadership track record.
• Strong ability to build relationships at executive level within assigned portfolio.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial and business acumen; ability to interpret and manage P&L expectations.
• Knowledge of asset management (inventory, receivables, payables).
• Mechanical aptitude to recognize manufacturing applications where Vallen products can deliver cost savings.
• Strong presentation skills with professional presence for C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite sales and operations teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Ensure sales and profitability goals for the portfolio of sites.
• Drive contractual customer commitments including cost savings and KPIs.
• Manage P&L for the portfolio to meet or exceed budgets.
• Resolve staffing, contractual, and financial issues escalated by Site Management.
• Lead efforts to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the portfolio.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
