Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Integrated Supply Senior Manager in the Charlotte, NC area to oversee sales, operations, and profitability across multiple sites. You will lead Site Managers and drive executive-level relationships, focusing on cost savings and strategic growth.

You will manage the portfolio’s P&L, deliver on KPIs, and mentor management teams while pursuing new sales opportunities and maintaining strong partner engagements.

Qualifications

• Must live near the Charlotte, NC area.
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or related industries.
• 5+ years of staff management and team leadership experience.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate executive-level customer relationships.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial and business acumen; able to interpret and manage P&L expectations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of asset management (inventory, receivables, payables).
• Must have mechanical aptitude and identify cost-saving opportunities with Vallen solutions.
• Strong presentation skills with professional presence for C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite sales and operations teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Ensure achievement of sales and profitability goals for the portfolio of sites.
• Drive contractual customer commitments and KPIs for the portfolio.
• Effectively manage the P&L for the portfolio to meet or exceed budgets.
• Resolve staffing, contractual, and financial issues escalated by Site Management.
• Lead efforts to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the portfolio.
