Girls Inc. of New York City (GINYC) is seeking a Senior Manager of Institutional Partnerships to lead program-driven fundraising and manage corporate and foundation donor relationships.

The role reports to the AVP of Development and works across Finance, Programs, and Leadership to secure grants and strategic partnerships. The position focuses on grants management, corporate volunteer engagement, and fundraising strategy to help meet GINYC’s $3.8 million institutional revenue goal.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-6+ years progressive nonprofit fundraising experience with revenue goals.
• Experience leading fundraising with corporate partners; CSR partnerships preferred.
• Significant experience writing grant proposals, letters of inquiry, grant reports, and other institutional materials.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee grant calendars and ensure proposals, reports, and agreements are completed accurately and on time with Finance and Programs teams.
• Support the development of high-quality grant proposals, letters of inquiry, reports, renewal requests, and other funder communications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of corporate volunteer engagement with Programs, including recruitment, participation, and follow-up for in-person and virtual activities.
• Maintain accurate donor records to support stewardship, reporting, and renewals.
• Plan and execute the annual Gala, including sponsorship outreach and donor communications.
• Represent the organization at external meetings, networking opportunities, and donor-facing engagements.
• Proactively identify and prioritize new institutional prospects aligned with the mission and programs.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation funders with AVP of Development and CDO; understand their priorities and engagement opportunities.
• Support solicitation of institutional gifts at five- and six-figure levels with growing relationship management responsibilities.
• Ensure donors receive timely, personalized communications.
• Prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, talking points, proposals, and other materials for donor meetings.
