Qualifications

• 8+ years of total relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Research best practices to develop recommendations for changes to client operations processes.
• Support ongoing investment operational needs for complex clients and identify data trends.
• Consult with clients on highly complex servicing requirements and elevate issues when needed.
• Lead internal initiatives to improve client operations processes and overall experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular operational discussions and due diligence.
