Job summary

T. Rowe Price, a premier global asset manager, seeks a Client Account Services Manager to oversee day-to-day servicing of institutional clients with separate accounts and sub-advised products.

You will collaborate with CIM during onboarding and take over post-onboarding to ensure all inquiries and service requests are met. Responsibilities include managing client operations, analyzing servicing agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Strong client service skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing projects and priorities.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages client operations and administration support activities for clients.
• Analyzes data to develop informed operating or servicing agreements.
• Communicates regularly with complex clients and service providers to deliver high-quality services.
• Leads internal initiatives to improve the client operations process and ensure a high-quality client experience.
