Job summary

T. Rowe Price’s Client Account Services (CAS) team manages day-to-day servicing of institutional clients, including separate accounts and sub-advised products.

The CAS Manager partners with a Client Implementation Manager during onboarding and then takes over ongoing servicing, addressing inquiries, fee changes, reporting, and counterparty agreements. This hybrid role offers collaboration across multiple groups, with opportunities to drive process improvements and advance in client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Preferred knowledge of asset management and client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages client operations and administration support activities across the client life cycle.
• Analyzes data to develop operating or servicing agreements and negotiates requirements.
• Maintains regular communication with clients and internal partners to ensure high-quality service.
• Leads internal initiatives to improve client operations processes and experiences.
