Qualifications

• 10+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Experience in asset management or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold accountability for event management and service across the professional client lifecycle, including onboarding and day-to-day servicing.
• Serve as escalation point for complex onboarding and lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Investment Operations, Legal & Compliance to advocate for professional client needs.
• Track performance indicators and report on client service delivery and operational health to senior leadership.
• Partner with Leadership to establish controls and ensure compliance standards.
