Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Cleveland to originate, sell, and deliver client programs that identify, validate, and scale growth opportunities in the Industrials sector. You will lead cross-functional teams, build trusted executive relationships, and shape go-to-market roadmaps using rigorous analysis to drive measurable client results.

This role requires 10+ years in strategy consulting or related fields, an MBA or advanced degree, and the ability to travel 25-50% to support client

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the Industrials space (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• MBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector and partner across strategy and customer experience to deliver growth solutions.
• Define growth priorities that align with customer needs and market shifts.
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and maintain a strong pipeline of growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities through customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to size growth opportunities and back strategic recommendations.
• Prioritize initiatives based on evidence, impact, and scalability and guide go-to-market and scaling strategies.
• Mentor team members to strengthen strategic and client-engagement skills and promote rigorous, evidence-based decision making.
