Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior strategy consultant in the US to identify growth opportunities in the Industrials sector and translate insights into market-ready propositions. You will collaborate with managers and client teams to shape and deliver growth strategies.

Lead cross-functional teams, size opportunities using qualitative and quantitative data, and guide go-to-market and scaling plans for validated initiatives. 25–50% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the Industrials space (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• Strong research and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to concept testing, prototyping, or agile product/service development.
• Understanding of AI/ GenAI

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector, partnering across strategy and customer experience practices to bring integrated growth solutions to senior client leaders.
• Partner with client executives to define growth priorities that align to customer needs and market shifts.
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, maintaining a pipeline of business growth across a focused set of Industrials clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying high-value opportunities through customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
• Leverage data sets, including surveys and market intelligence, to size growth opportunities.
• Pressure-test assumptions and translate evidence into strategic recommendations across Industrials clients.
• Prioritize initiatives based on market attractiveness, differentiation, and feasibility for C-suite decision-making.
• Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
• Mentor team members to strengthen strategic and client engagement skills.
